2008 - A simple beginning

Minimal infrastructure, the handful of clients and a courageous soul. It is how Skillventory comes into existence. The aim was to replace the old patterned recruitment structure with the unique approach, unbeatable process and proprietary technology, to source and screen the candidates. By giving clients access to remarkable talent research experiences, we’re changing the meaning of manpower consultancy and revolutionizing recruitment industry.

2011 - A Big Step

Pushed by the growing list of clients, we expanded our team size and moved into a new larger office and locations too, to fulfill the recruitment worries of our client’s PAN India. We've been rewriting new rules and desperate to create a history in the executive search and selection industry. Our management style is people driven, and therefore we are big enough to provide efficient talent acquisition solutions and small sufficiently to care about every client and candidate.

He enjoys defining the high quality model of client servicing and dreaming up new heights. His 10+ years of recruitment experience, aggressive strategic nature and networking, and focused approach is redefining the path of talent acquisition.

Amit Jain

Managing Partner

Amit breathes in his victories and breathes out his mistakes. And this way, he makes 2014 a remarkable year by joining the team Skillventory. He enjoys building and leading high caliber team. His entry opened up new avenues, new success ratios, new client arrivals and above all one more new address (Mumbai) of skillventory on the map and emerged as a mindful leader. Before skillventory, Amit worked with Morgan Stanley as Executive Director.

Gaurav Chhatbar

Partner / Researcher

Gaurav chases for perfection because through this urge the excellence will be achieved for sure. He brings to Skillventory his 12 years of Technology experience; primarily with Morgan Stanley. He enjoys emphasizing on little details and micro stuff to accomplish the task effectively. His passion for technology and urge for perfection is a plus for skillventory for being the leading Talent Search Firm. Nevertheless, he added Skillventory’s one more location i.e. Ahmedabad.

Astha Shastri Jain

Director - Finance, HR and L & D

Astha, with a background in process improvement, business excellence, and process audit is acting as a heart of the firm. She enjoys setting up the best industry process checks and practices. Her focus lies in continuous improvement resulting in the upstream process. Goldman Sachs 10000 women entrepreneur program and years of relevant experience gave her the strength to reach the cause of the problem and capability of solving it with simplicity.

He enjoys experimenting with new and innovative recruitment practices and makes the complicated things simple with more than ten years of corporate as well as recruitment experience.

With experience in Finance, Marketing, Communications, Operations as well as Business Development; he strives to create a win-win for the clients as well as the business and create success story at Pune region for the team.
